You always pay in relation to the size of your event. Never upfront on a guess, but based on your actual success. That keeps our pricing fair, transparent and predictable.

Ticketing module

2.5%

of the ticket revenue, at least €0.50 per sold ticket (plus credit card fees). Included:

  • Ticket shops
  • Product variants
  • Access vouchers
  • Statistics
  • Automated emails
  • Wallet and PDF tickets
  • Check-in apps

Event module

2%

of the ticket revenue, at least €1.50 per participant. Included:

  • Event websites
  • Networking
  • Invitation mailings for participants
  • Automatic voucher and contact matching
  • Programme management
  • Floor plans
  • On-site monitors and NPS screens

Always included

Many services are always included - without hidden extras or a setup fee.

  • Contact module, lead categories, organization module and more
  • Technical support by email and a 1-hour onboarding training

Additional services

  • Custom domain: €150.00
  • Personal support or further training hours: €70.00 per hour
  • Live badge printing: €250.00 base fee (incl. printer, materials and on-site staff) plus €3.00 per guest (from 500 guests, each additional guest only €1.50)
