Our website collects personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data"), as defined in Art. 4 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. We treat all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

With the following Privacy Policy, we inform you in particular about the nature, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis of the processing of personal data, to the extent that we determine the purposes and means of processing either alone or jointly with others. In addition, we inform you below about the third-party components we use for optimization purposes and to enhance the quality of use, to the extent that third parties process data under their own responsibility as a result.

We collect and process data both to the extent necessary for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there, and to conduct an anonymous visitor analysis of our website, which provides statistics such as frequently visited pages, visit times, or the duration of users' visits. In addition, we collect and process data that you provide to us, for example, via the contact form or other contact options. Details regarding the use of your data are explained in the Privacy Policy below.

Server Data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, we collect and store data in so-called server log files, which are transmitted to us or to our server host by your web browser. The data includes:

  1. Type and version of your web browser and language,
  2. the operating system used,
  3. the website from which you navigated to our website (referrer URL),
  4. the page(s) of our website that you visit,
  5. the date and time of the respective access, and
  6. IP address.

The data collected in this manner is stored temporarily, but not in conjunction with other data about you. This storage is based on the legal grounds of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the stability, functionality, and security of our website.

The IP address is stored for 60 days. This serves to ensure operation and protect against attacks (e.g., DDoS). The remaining server log data is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data is fully or partially exempt from deletion until an incident is finally resolved.

SSL or TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
