We Inspire People and Ideas
The IBA Day is becoming the IBA-M-Forum: in 2026, we will be hosting our first two-day conference. We will bring together people, ideas and projects to develop concrete solutions on the ground and successfully put them into practice.
Together with politicians, public authorities, business, academia and civil society, we are working to make the Munich Metropolitan Megion an international pioneer in sustainable mobility over the next ten years: multimodal, livable and characterised by high-quality design. The IBA-M Forum is a dynamic space for experimentation, where ideas give rise to innovations and collaborations lead to new solutions.
Together with you, we want to discuss how we can rethink mobility and regional development and shape the Munich metropolitan region to be sustainable, livable and well-connected.

Day 1: Workshops and Networking
- Interactive workshops where perspectives come together and ideas are developed

- Exhibition showcasing the IBA-M project candidates and their diverse ideas
Day 2: Conference and Excursions
- Keynote speeches and panel discussions fostering interdisciplinary and interactive exchange
- International insights and new perspectives on the future of mobility
- Excursions to innovative projects across the Munich metropolitan region
